New Year Special Event
Event Overview
Once again, Youth Save A Smile Foundation began the year by spreading the light of education and joy. Our New Year special journey took us to the much-anticipated Gyanor Bareng Library of Jarulchari village, Baghaichhari, Rangamati, where we spent a meaningful and joyful day with the young learners.
Under the leadership of Central Committee Co-General Secretary Tishya Chakma, along with Executive Member Rajshree Chakma and Member Progyaan Chakma, the day unfolded in two vibrant phases. The morning session focused on values, interaction, educational material distribution, and inspiring discussions, while the afternoon session came alive with science equipment demonstrations, a quiz competition, students’ cultural performances, and prize distribution.
The program concluded with the valuable words of Venerable Ratnabodhi Bhikkhu, adding depth and inspiration to the event.
Tasks Completed
- Formal inauguration of the program through Panchasheel.
- Distribution of educational materials and gift items.
- Organization of an interactive discussion session.
- Demonstration of science materials (periscope, kaleidoscope, grading glasses, color disk, etc.).
- Arrangement and facilitation of a quiz competition.
- Prize distribution among participating students.
